Returns & Exchanges

At IM8 Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
